In the UK we run the Youth and Community Work Internship course over 22 weeks. In 2009 we will begin on the 12th October and conclude mid March.

Internship consists of one day a week (Monday) of lectures and workshops in a classroom setting, and 200 hrs (10hrs p/w fieldwork).  Fieldwork times and dates depend on fieldwork placements negotiated with students.

Location: St Mary's Centre, Station Rd, Haddenham, Buckinghamshire (near Thame, HP17 8AJ)

Course fees: £200 (£10 per week for 20 weeks). Course fees cover training levies, lunch and refreshments on a Monday, and course notes.

It is desirable that internship students also complete Fusion YAC’s short discipleship course Foundations. Times, dates and cost of this will be advised (see www.fusionyac.org/foundations for more info).
