We are looking for someone to work alongside Claire Bankole, assisting her in all aspects of her work, Locally, Nationally, and Internationally.

We are looking for people to join our team providing training, support and follow up to those engaging with the 2012 opportunity through Fusion’s programs. See person specifications below.


Youth Worker

We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to join the Fusion team in Leyland, North England for a minimum of 12 months, with a view to developing the integrated Youth Work in the area and building a youth team in Leyland. See person specifications below.

Person Specifications for International Support Group Member:

  • Excellent communication skills –written and verbal. Able to represent the mission and international team members accurately in meetings, public, print media etc. Able to build and maintain trust with peers, supervisors and subordinates.
  • Event management – able to plan, schedule and budget events; including production, PR, and coordinating teams.
  • Project management – able to see a project through from conception to completion.
  • Skilled, efficient and personable team player.
  • Completed (or willing to complete) Foundations and committed to life of Christian discipleship.

Person Specifications for Assistants to Claire Bankole and Marty Woods and London 2012 Interns.

  • Excellent people skills, personable, very organised, common sense, flexible, fast learner, practical, computer literate, assertive, friendly, fair, and a good sense of humour!
  • Completed (or willing to complete) Foundations and committed to a life of Christian discipleship.
