 We are so excited by the opportunities that are coming our way to serve the community of Whitley here in Reading. With opportunities and growth come the need for more team and resources and the chance to celebrate amazing stories of grace and hope.  Below are some of the roles we are looking to fill as of November 2016. Fusion Y&C UK Youth Workers

As part of Fusion Y&C UK’s Youth Team, to help develop and lead an integrated process of youth mission and ministry, in partnership with other youth / community agencies including the schools and churches. This post is 24 – 40 hours a week and self-funded, it can be done in conjunction with Fusion’s internship program with a certificate in Youth Work Practice. (There is also an option of a paid job share with one of the Whitley Churches; 10 hours paid with a church and the rest of the time with Fusion Y&C UK).

Fusion Y&C UK Fundraiser

To champion Fusion Y&C UK both locally and nationally, strengthen its support network and build its financial resource base. This post would be about 8 hours a week and self-funded.

Fusion Y&C UK General Administrator

To run the Fusion Y&C UK National Office (Whitley, Reading) so that it is a supportive, efficient environment for the growth and development of the team and the work: managing other admin team, caring for team, designing and implementing office policies, establishing standards and procedures, and organising office operations and procedures. This post would be about 24 hours a week and self-funded, job shares are very welcome.

Fusion Y&C UK PR and Communications Officer

To champion Fusion Y&C UK and build its brand reputation; ensuring that all our publics have an accurate picture of who we are, why we exist and what we do best, and subsequently how they can easily and simply access and relate to us. This post would be 8-16 hours a week and self-funded.
