Welcome to the Fusion Youth & Community website. Here you’ll find the story of the Fusion International movement in the United Kingdom, from its beginning in 2003 until today. From youth cafes to community festivals, parenting courses to youthwork training – Fusion YAC seeks to work with groups of thoughtful, committed people who want to together help make a difference in their local area. That’s why our motto is: Together with Hope. Why not take a look?

Fusion North's Expo and Training Day - 7th Feb

expo_header_north.jpgOur northern Fusion centre based in Preston is holding it's annual Expo and Training Day on the 7th Feb 2009 from 10am - 5pm. One of Fusion's goals is to inspire and equip kingdom-hearted people to be able to reach out to their local communities in a culturally relevant and effective way and we believe that this event will be significant in this respect. We will be showcasing some of our work to date and showing plans for the future of Fusion YAC in the north and the UK. We will also be conducting workshops that will enable delegates to hear first hand from people who have experience in the field. Our hope is that it will be a good opportunity for networking with others from across the region with a similar passion.

During the day there will be opportunities to hear about Fusion's training, youth outreach and more. So if you want to explore ways of reaching out in your local community, if you want a chance to network with other kingdom hearted people, or if you're just curious ... Read more

Hundreds of Children bringing the Christmas Story to the Streets
advent.jpg
This year Advent Pageants have been seen around the world.  In the UK we had 4 Pageants involving 9 schools and around 300 children, who dressed in all manner of colourful costumes. Shepherds, angels, sheep, stars, magi and of course Mary & Joseph  re-enacted the nativity story through their local high street. The Advent Pageants were put on in Wheatley, Bicester, Headington and Leyland by local Christians, networking with schools and community. There were approximately 60 Advent Pageants that took place round the world this year in 10 countries.
